Juicer recipes are a very good way in keeping you healthy and happy. They are basically made of your favorite fruits or vegetables. The best thing about these recipes is that you can add or take out anything you want, if you are a fruit person you can just throw in your favorite fruits in the machine and add a little sugar to your liking and see how it turns out. My favorite vegetable juice recipe is the carrot, celery, cabbage combo #1, it is definitely the best I’ve ever tried, not to mention all the nutrition I get from it daily. It is simply made out of carrots, a couple of celery stalks and a small wedge cabbage.
Using juicer recipes is also another way in keeping your kids strong and healthy. If your kids don’t like vegetables, why not make them a delicious vegetable drink? See how that turns out. It’s very enjoyable and more importantly it’s nutritious.
